Franklin Tyrone Tucker is a veteran entrepreneur and the current Founder and CEO of Inspirational Investments LLC. The company primarily acts as a holding and management firm that specializes in buying and selling digital assets. Since the company was first established in January of 2021, it has seen tremendous growth expanding into multi-media production, publishing, small business services, education and product distribution. Franklin Tyrone Tucker runs the company hands on and involves himself in nearly every facet of the business, serving as the primary Analyst for the company's investments while personally heading their new Production Division and working as a Graphic Artist/Deisgner for their Marketing Department. This is where Franklin Tyrone Tucker truly shines as his artistic endeavors haven't just benefited Inspirational Investments LLC but under the name Synister X he has started producing custom artwork and publishing various short stories and Ebooks. Even with all of these activities he still finds time to act as an Advocate for Criminal Justice and Prison reforms with programs now being initiated at Inspirational Investments LLC and by working with other groups such as Project Innocence and the Judicial Accountability Movement. While he has always been involved in different Community Projects his latest passion came after he was arrested in 2017 and accused of taking part in a homicide in Key West, Florida. Dubbed the Tree House murder by local and national media, Tucker is still awaiting trial but in a bold move, recently decided to go Pro Se just ahead of his Janaury 8th trial date. While the case has garnered a large amount of media attention, Tucker is unable to comment much on the case as a "Gag Order" was placed on him and his current wife Lauren Jenai of CrossFit fame, so much of what is currently known about the case only comes from the court records. However, prior to the order, Franklin Tyrone Tucker proclaimed his innocence which seems to have been established when he and his wife successfully defended themselves against a law suit filed against them by a former Captain from the Monroe County Sheriffs Office. In that case, the judge chose to dismiss the suit and wrote a 40 page opinion citing "there wasn't a scintilla of evidence" to prove the Captains claims.

  • Pre-Trial Detainee at Monroe County Detention Center

    November 2017 - November 2019 | Key West

    Franklin Tyrone Tucker was arrested for felony murder in November of 2017 and was incarcerated at the Monroe County Detention Center until November 0f 2019. During his time in jail, Franklin Tyrone Tucker was considered a "High Risk" or Maximum Security Inmate and became intimately familiar with most parts of the facility, including solitary confinement. He has first hand knowledge of policies, procedures and the laws that don't just keep people incarcerated but will eventually turn into prison sentences. While inside, he also experienced the conditions and abuse that both inmates and their families suffer even in pretrial detention. He has since used this knowledge to advocate for criminal justice reforms and prison reforms all over the country.

  • Construction & Hurricane Relief at Florida Keys

    January 2016 - November 2017 | Key West

    Prior to his arrest, Franklin Tyrone Tucker worked on various construction projects in the Lower Keys, including the complete remodel of Bernstein Park on Stock Island. When Hurricane Irma hit in September of 2017, Franklin Tyrone Tucker chose not to evacuate and was literally putting up storm shudders as the winds started to blow. After the storm, he worked on various clean up projects and assisted in distributing emergency supplies all across the Lower Keys, including some of the most devastated areas of Cudjoe, Sugarloaf, Big Pine and Marathon.
